Clint finally got me up and around for one of my few hunts during the season.  He promised it would be a short one, and it was.  We treed two coons in about 30 minutes.  That's my kind of hunt!  Here are a few pics (please disregard my hair - I was ready for bed).

As many of you know, we lost Clyde early in October.  It was hard on all of us, even Bonnie.  We struggled with the idea of getting a new puppy so soon (not to mention we hadn't had a winter pup ever).  However, even with starting to keep Bonnie inside, just the three of us didn't feel quite right.  So we decided to go ahead and book a new male. 

What a blessing!  Although we will never forget Clyde, Hank has been pure entertainment for our family.  We have broken our own "new house" rules and let both dogs be part house dogs again.  Our evenings are full of watching Hank and Bonnie interact and working on Hank's puppy manners.  Soon, we will have a page for Hank set up so you all can meet our new guy.
