We are a Redbone Coonhound kennel located in mid-Missouri.  There's nothing we enjoy more than getting out into the woods with our dogs. We thank you for visiting our website and hope that you enjoy it as much as we did designing it.

Puppy News
Bonnie finally came into heat last week and we are taking her to her stud on Saturday.  I am really excited about this match because the stud is a great dog with a lot of fantastic hunting lineage.  He is also a performance sire.  I can't wait to see the kind of pups these two will make!

We are still taking names for the waiting list on the spring litter.

Mid-season
Hank/IMG_1496.JPGIt's only about half-way through coon season and Bonnie has been doing really well.  She and Clint have only been hunting on the weekends for 2-3 hours at a time and have been bringing in up to 3 coons a night!  Clint is very happy.

Hank is really coming along!  He is a lot calmer than Clyde was.  He also has a new best friend, Roxy.  Roxy is our "outside" dog and is a pitbull pup.  I have outside in quotes because lately, she has been inside due to the freezing weather.  They are so funny to watch together!  Even though Hank is at least twice as big as Roxy, she holds her own.  She's also someone for Hank to play with when Bonnie doesn't want to be pestered.  Our Christmas break has been full of entertainment thanks to Hank and Roxy.

We took two trips back to Kansas to visit my family for the holidays and took Hank and Roxy seperately.  The first trip was Hank's trip, and although we fully braced ourselves for emarassment of him having an accident in the house or being aggressive with my parents' dogs, he was extremely well-behaved.  He even let my 2 year old niece do everything but poke his eyes out!  We were all impressed.  Roxy also was very well-mannered on her trip.  And if Bonnie would have gone, she would have been great as she usually is.

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!  Hank/IMG_1496.JPG
